Refund policy
We offer returns for store credit only. No refunds to original payment methods.
All discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
We have a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the issued store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued store credit only, delivered to the customer account associated with the order email.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
